Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional therapist, earning a master's degree in counseling in 2008. I am also a clinical hypnotherapist. I have a strong belief that each individual has the power to grow, evolve, and live an abundant life. I am an excellent listener and I can even hear what you are not saying. I appreciate the uniqueness of each client's story, needs, and goals. I am trained in using EMDR therapy to help you reduce the effects of traumatic memories and the impact they have had on your life.

My approach to therapy

One of my strengths is helping clients gain control over involuntary negative thoughts and emotions, as well as reducing the debilitating effects of trauma and self-destructive behaviors. I enjoy working with adults and who struggle with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, intimate relationships, spirituality conflicts, and addictions.

What you can expect from me

I want you to know you are not on this journey alone. I am fearless and ready to help you face and walk through the toughest challenges.
