Great to meet you!

I have experience working with individuals in adolescence as well as emerging, middle, and late adulthood. I also love to work with couples. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and My Masters in Social Work from Aurora University to become a therapist. I am currently fully licensed as an LCSW in Wisconsin and Illinois.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I belive there is power in processing your story- in unpacking what you have been through and naming how it has played a role in shaping your life today. I work from a holistic perspective that recognizes the significance of every aspect of life. My clients are encouraged to closely examine their values, beliefs, and habits. They have the opportunity to name what matters most to them so that they can live according to those values.

What you can expect from me

While sessions with me will absolutely be a time to pause and reflect, my clients also use what they discover to propel them further into the person they are meant to become. I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor the sessions to the needs of each individual and couple.
