Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy

APPROACH: Our approach is respectful, gentle, compassionate, evidence-based. We incorporate serious brain-based mental health modalities into a caring person-centered format to support healing.

FOCUS: Attachment Disorder [RAD, DSED], Autism Spectrum, Trauma, PTSD, Adoption, Anxiety, Depression, Dissociation, and issues related to involvement with child protective services.

What you can expect from me

"I love children of all ages (0-99) and enjoy creating a safe healing space to share, explore & grow. My person-centered integrated practice includes brain-based clinical services with developmental interventions, education support, therapeutic children's books and even puppets. Adults benefit from mindfulness and brain-based approaches. I also support and advocate for IEP and Section 504 planning. I look forward to meeting you and/or your child."
