Great to meet you!

I have over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and co-dependency. I help my clients explore and heal core beliefs that are preventing them from living their lives to the fullest potential. I offer a safe space where all are welcome without judgement. I identify as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and to the BIPOC community. I stand as equals and in support. I also offer a spiritual space if that is welcomed by a client. Spirituality is a strength that provides hope and safety which can help mitigate mental health symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide a judgement free safe space where my client can share what they need to share to heal. I can provide brief counseling for a specific current need. I am also willing to dig deep into childhood trauma and emotional neglect to heal those wounds. I have a number of modalities to apply to what you need to heal.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a time where we can get to know each other a little bit. You can tell me what you need, and I can tell you how I can help. We'll develop a treatment plan with specific goals and interventions to get you to your goals.
