Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping parents, teens, individuals, and couples move from constant conflict and emotional distance to stronger, more secure connection. I help in relational repair work with adolescents and young adults, particularly in families where communication has broken down or trust feels fragile.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in attachment theory and relational repair. I focus on identifying and interrupting patterns of disconnection that fuel conflict or emotional distance. I help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen regulation skills, and communicate in ways that foster security rather than defensiveness.

Therapy with me is warm, engaged, and purposeful. I am compassionate and direct leader but I will match the pace you want to set.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time understanding what’s bringing you in and what feels most urgent right now. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of the patterns happening at home, and I’ll make sure each person has space to share their perspective.

You can expect a calm, structured environment where conversations are slowed down so everyone feels heard. I may gently interrupt if discussions become reactive, as part of helping us understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

My goal is that you leave the first session with a clearer understanding of what’s happening and a sense of direction.
