Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with, young adults, adolescents and children, navigating ADHD, anxiety, Twice-exceptionality (2e) emotional regulation, trauma, stress, self-esteem, and executive functioning challenges. I bring a warm, empathic, supportive, and collaborative presence to sessions and value building strong, trusting relationships with my clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is skill-based and individualized. I integrate evidence-based strategies from CBT, DBT, and executive functioning coaching to help clients build practical tools they can use in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, your strengths, and your goals for therapy. I aim to create a comfortable, low-pressure space while beginning to identify areas where support may be helpful. Together, we will start building a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs to identify, and develop coping strategies and skills that empower you to overcome a variety of life challenges and improve your overall quality of life.
