Great to meet you!

I am Darlene Da Silva, California Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a first generation Latina of Mexican and Portuguese descent. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with adults, children, youth and their families experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, loss, generational issues, and challenges related to school, work and family relationships. Through these experiences, I have had the opportunity to support others as they reconnect with their inner strengths, create inner peace, learn skills to navigate life's inevitable challenges and take steps towards their desired goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe wholeheartedly that the foundation of feeling comfortable and seeing growth in therapy is the therapist-client relationship. I focus on providing a warm, supportive approach while facilitating insight and inviting you to share any and all feelings.

What you can expect from me

As a trauma informed therapist, I incorporate mind and body practices to help support your whole self. I integrate EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness and Somatic interventions to help address the unique challenges you may be facing. We will work collaboratively on developing goals that support your individual needs.
