Great to meet you!

My therapeutic style is friendly, warm, pleasant, grounded, and non-judgmental. I provide a place to be heard and noticed. Where you can be real, without fear of criticism. In this safe space, you can explore your true feeing’s and thoughts, gain insight and take action to create a life that you desire. I am always realistic, yet positive and optimistic looking at things through a wide lens. finding the human spirit to be amazingly resilient when given empathy, support and a space to heal.

I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma and emotional overwhelm.

Maybe you are experiencing a major life transition such as a divorce, empty nest, move, new job or serious illness.

Maybe past experiences still shape your relationships, & sense of safety. Or maybe life simply looks fine from the outside while everything inside feels heavy and tangled.

Maybe you’re struggling with grief and loss that people cannot see such as the loss of a dream or the loss of your innocence or sense of inner peace.

Maybe you’re primarily functioning on the outside, but constantly feel on edge, exhausted, defeated or without hope.

You are not alone. I am here to help.

I've had the privilege of supporting clients through some of life's most heart-wrenching moments- abuse, child loss, divorce, sudden death, & assault.

Through compassionate, balanced care, that promotes hope and lasting transformation and growth You do not have to walk this path alone. Healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic and highly integrative approach that helps overwhelmed individuals feel calmer in daily life. My supportive approach blends evidence-based practices with subconscious and somatic tools that support mental, physical and emotional healing.

I help people find hope and feel more grounded, present, confident and content. My approach is designed to empower you towards lasting change with practical support, encouragement, & whole-person care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin to share what has brought you to therapy. We'll take some time to get to know one another, talk about what you're experiencing, and explore what you hope to create or change in your life. I will share a little about my holistic and integrative approach, explaining the variety of ways we can work together. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and see what approaches pique your interest or resonate with you. If you’re unsure of what approach is the most appealing to you as a starting point, not to worry, I can provide as much or as little direction as you feel comfortable with. The first session provides an opportunity to ensure I have a good understanding of what is bringing you to therapy and how I can support you in meeting your treatment goals, which will set the stage for our therapy together.

Some clients come to therapy and already have specific ideas regarding what they want to work on first and what approaches they were looking for, while others are overwhelmed and unsure, seeking more guidance and direction initially. I will meet you where you are at. My approach is client led, collaborative and fluid, adapting to the unique needs and preferences of the client in front of me.

If you're feeling a little nervous, you're not alone- starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don't have to have the right words, or everything figured out. We'll take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll create a safe supportive space where you can feel understood, gain insight, and begin moving toward greater peace, healing and connection. You won’t have to navigate it alone- I'll be here to guide and support you along the way.
