I'm Darlene, a licensed therapist based in central Florida. I know what it's like to feel lost, anxiety-ridden, and unsure of one's purpose. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. I offer guidance, education, coping strategies, and a space to process. Ultimately, I honor that you are the expert of your own life. With my knowledge and your own, we work toward a life aligned with your personal values. My integrative approach to therapy pulls from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, feminist therapy, somatic techniques, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

Our first real session will focus on getting to know each other and establishing your goals for therapy. The relationship between client and clinician is one of the most important markers of effective therapeutic outcomes, so it is essential that we take the time to build rapport.
