Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a friendly and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who loves helping people navigate life's ups and downs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or need support during a life transition, I'm here for you. I work with individuals from all walks of life and enjoy tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs and goals. Together, we can find a path toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I'm excited to join you on this journey!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm and nonjudgmental. I believe in a holistic and person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual is unique and possesses their own strengths and resources. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based approaches to foster self-awareness, enhance coping skills, and promote positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, gain self-awareness, and develop effective strategies for personal growth. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and continue to stay updated with the latest research and techniques in the field of counseling.
