Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported on their path toward healing — and I bring that belief into every session I hold space for. My work centers on trauma-informed, strengths-based care, and I tailor my approach to each person's unique story rather than fitting people into a one-size-fits-all model.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, attachment difficulties, and relationship challenges. If you're a parent trying to help your child process a hard experience, an adult carrying the weight of past trauma, or someone struggling to feel secure in your relationships, this is exactly the kind of work I love doing. I also have deep experience supporting individuals and families touched by child welfare systems and adversity — so if that's part of your story, you won't need to explain the basics to me.

In our work together, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and family systems approaches — but these are tools in service of you, not a script. What matters more to me is building a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, where we can strengthen your emotional regulation, build practical coping skills, and help you reconnect with your own resilience.

What you can expect from me

I bring more than 25 years of hands-on experience to this work, and what I've learned most is this: healing isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about recognizing the strength that's already in you and helping it grow. I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
