I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, substance-use concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My style is warm, compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. Using CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I provide personalized, practical support in a safe, collaborative space.
