My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your goals. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and develop coping strategies that work in daily life. For couples, I integrate Behavioral Couples Therapy (BCT), attachment-informed interventions, and structured communication and conflict resolution techniques inspired by the Gottman Method. Together, we focus on reducing distress, strengthening connection, and creating meaningful change.
Whether you are a teen building identity, an adult managing stress or trauma, a couple improving relational patterns, or an older adult adjusting to life transitions or grief, our work will be personalized to your needs.
