Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. With more than two decades of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and discover new ways to heal and grow.

I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, family conflict, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your concerns and feel supported every step of the way. I believe that everyone has unique strengths, and together we can build on those strengths to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy because no two people are exactly alike. I tailor treatment to meet your specific needs, drawing from evidence-based techniques and focusing on what will be most helpful for you and your goals.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Whether we are working through anxiety, relationship challenges, difficult emotions, or patterns that no longer serve you, I strive to help you gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. I believe healing happens through understanding, connection, and a trusting therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another in a comfortable and supportive setting. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore the concerns you'd like to address, and talk about your goals for treatment.

I understand that opening up can feel intimidating, so I work to make the process as comfortable and rewarding as possible. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that fits your unique needs and circumstances. My hope is that you'll leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged about the path ahead.
