Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Darlene and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in my field.

Change can be difficult for everyone, and it can certainly be hard to navigate and overwhelming. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns.

Change is not easy, and its is possible. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach combines goal oriented, cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and trauma focused counseling styles. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I consider the the client/therapist relationship to be the most important thing in counseling.

Challenges and painful times are part of the human experience. I understand seeking help can be vulnerable step to take.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to take away a positive experience and feel heard. You will have a lot of emotions as each session will be different but I hope at the end of each session you will feel heard.
