Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee and California. I provide statewide therapy for Tennessee clients via telehealth, making mental health care accessible and convenient. My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship concerns. I specialize in working with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and personal growth challenges, providing a supportive space for healing and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and integrative, adapting to each client’s unique needs. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systemic Therapy to help clients understand their emotions, thoughts, and relationships. These modalities promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping mechanisms. My goal is to empower clients with tools for lasting change and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session is about connection and trust, allowing clients to feel comfortable and heard. I take a warm and conversational approach, asking open-ended questions to understand their background and concerns. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we move at a pace that feels right for the client. Together, we will begin exploring goals and discussing how therapy can support their personal journey.
