Great to meet you!

Change starts with desire to change and ends with working your plan. I work with clients who feel they are at the end of their rope to understanding feelings, manage intense emotions, and create a plan of intentional actions. The process is gradual and informative. You learn skills to help you in all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to understand you and your life's story. We unpack what's true from what seems true to help with the present crisis. My approach is honest and direct while maintaining an empowering and friendly therapeutic environment. I used therapy techniques and teach skills compatiable with the client's needs. I enoy what I do and consider it a ministry to others. If you want a Christian perspective, we include it. If not, I honor your needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a casual approach to gain information. Your discussion gives me the answers needed to create a plan. It's a no stress approach to understand your needs.
