Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Darling. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn. For years, I was caught in the same cycle of self-doubt and overthinking, constantly questioning my choices and my worth. It wasn’t until I began to dive deep into Trauma work that I finally found the clarity I was searching for—and now, I’m here to help you do the same.

I have a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX. I am trained as an EMDR Therapist, and I'm Parts' Work and CBT informed.

My approach to therapy

I help high-functioning, emotionally intelligent people break out of toxic patterns, stop living from trauma, and build steady, grounded lives through real emotional tools rooted in ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Bridging the ancient and the modern, gathering, preserving, and sharing the rituals, medicines, and knowledge that have been systematically erased so people can reconnect with their most authentic selves, and live fully expressed, fulfilling lives.

I focus on the following specialties:

  • BPD
  • Trauma/PTSD
  • EMDR Intensives
  • Ancestral/Generational Trauma
  • Relationship Issues
  • Racial Identity
  • Immigration Evaluations for U-Visas
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Attachment Issues (Mother wound/Father wound

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on the client sharing the issues with which they are struggling, as well as sharing some background information that will allow the client and therapist to co-create a custom treatment plan with realistic goals and objectives which will help to Illuminate a path to the client's healing journey.
