Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm so glad you're here.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that taking care of your mental health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. I know that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, so I want to acknowledge how much courage it takes. I've worked within the community for over 20 years, and for the last decade, I've focused on supporting individuals across the lifespan, who are trying to adjust with life's complexities.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone’s story is unique, and I approach therapy in a way that’s tailored to your specific needs. If we decide to work together, we’ll be partners on this journey. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I’m here to listen, challenge, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other. This is your opportunity to share what’s going on for you and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll work with you to figure out how we can achieve that. I aim to make our sessions a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable and open. From there, we’ll start working on your goals together. I like to give homework !
