Hello, I’m Darniel J. Mojica, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of clinical experience in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and outpatient therapy. I work with adolescents and adults ages 14 to 72 who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My passion is helping individuals gain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence as they navigate difficult seasons of life.
I use a collaborative, client-centered approach that focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and empowerment-based interventions to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe therapy works best when there is a strong therapeutic partnership built on trust, honesty, and open communication. My role is to support, challenge, and guide you while helping you build healthier coping skills and long-term emotional growth.

During the first session, we work together to explore your concerns, identify goals, and begin developing a path toward healing and personal growth.
