Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to walking alongside individuals during their most challenging moments. I’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life—children, teens, and adults—find their footing during difficult times. My name is Darrell Adams, and my goal is simple: to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My style is warm and practical. We'll work side-by-side to strengthen your coping skills, build confidence, and manage challenges like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, safe, and practical. My style is warm and collaborative, and I work alongside you to find solutions that fit your life and goals. I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, behavior concerns, school or career challenges, and major life changes. Using proven, easy-to-understand tools, I help clients build coping skills, gain clarity, and feel more confident moving forward—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a dedicated space for your story. We’ll talk through what brings you here and collaboratively decide on the goals that feel most vital to your growth. My priority is to provide a safe, supported environment where you can feel at ease from day one. From there, we work side by side to turn those initial conversations into meaningful, real-world progress.
