Great to meet you!

I am deeply inquisitive and have a genuine love for people. As such, it is one of my greatest joys in life to give people back to themselves, free from the chains that previously bound them in limitation, and set upon a new path of empowerment with unlimited potential.

My approach to therapy

I am warm, inviting, light-hearted and optimistic. I probe with care and precision, and focus on bringing to light what was previously hidden in darkness. Only by doing so, do we gain the opportunity to see truth and make decisions accordingly. You cannot heal that which you are unwilling to hold.

What you can expect from me

One of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. In the first session, clients can expect to gain the opportunity to evaluate the "vibe," authenticity and comfort between us as we focus on the presenting problem. Doing so allows the client to determine whether or not we are a good fit for one another moving forward. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to both seek out, and participate in the therapeutic process. So finding a therapist clients trust and feel comfortable with is paramount.
