Great to meet you!

I believe counseling is a collaborative, team-based process. My passion is providing education, insight, and motivation to help clients make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. I am especially driven to support clients in recognizing their strengths, living up to their potential, and working toward personal goals that feel authentic and achievable.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. My work is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, with additional use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. Together, we focus on building insight, developing practical coping skills, and creating sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming conversation focused on building trust and understanding what brings them to therapy. The first session is a space to share your story at your own pace, identify goals, and begin laying the foundation for growth. My aim is to create a supportive environment that helps you feel motivated, understood, and empowered to become the best version of yourself.
