Darrin Ambrosino

We all experience challenges and obstacles in life, I am here to help you navigate yours. My approach is to walk alongside my clients, helping guide them through their current struggles in the present and to explore where they may have originated in their past. I understand that when things appear difficult, they can also feel impossible to get through, and I am here so we can get through them together.

I utilize techniques from many therapeutic modalities including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person Centered and more. I strive to match my approach to each unique client.

I work with adolescents and young adults who present with issues such as anxiety, depression or complex trauma, as well as others. As a therapist I work to build off your strengths and skills to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be, one that you are happy with and proud of.
