Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate trauma-informed caregiver with over 6 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. My practice is built on a client-centered approach to establishing and maintaining a therapeutic alliance, ensuring that our collaborative relationship serves as a safe foundation to care provided. By utilizing a strengths-based approach to conceptualization and treatment, I help you look past your struggles to identify, honor, and cultivate the internal resilience you already possess.

My approach to therapy

Connection is central to my work. I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Strength-Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, Attachment-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, and Narrative Therapy. As a soul-care practitioner, I use compassionate active listening and meaningful dialogue to help clients explore their concerns, recognize their strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other through honest, open-minded conversation. I bring kindness, warmth, and occasional humor to create a comfortable space where we can clarify your goals and begin building on your strengths so you can become your best self.
