Great to meet you!

✨ Helping people grow has been my passion since 2011. Over the years, I’ve worked with youth, individuals, and communities to support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For me, healing isn’t just personal—it’s a form of social justice.

I’ve been in the mental health field since 2014, officially licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2023, and I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the work I do. As a Black male therapist, I’m especially passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for those who often feel unseen—whether that’s Black men, BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, ENM/Poly relators or anyone navigating identity, culture, and non-traditional paths in life and love.

My goal is simple: to empower you to feel more grounded, more expressive, and more fully yourself. Whether you’re 15 or 50, questioning who you are, challenging norms, or simply looking to heal and grow—I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

🌱 I am a trauma-informed mindfulness therapist who believes healing begins with both the mind and the body. My approach blends somatic practices, EMDR, brainspotting, CBT, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based modalities to help clients reconnect with themselves in deeper, more meaningful ways.

In our work together, I provide a safe and supportive space for authentic expression—where struggles can be voiced, limiting beliefs can be challenged, and new possibilities for growth can emerge. I focus on helping clients build clarity, resilience, and empowerment while guiding them toward healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My goal is to support you in creating balance and alignment across mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health—so you can move beyond obstacles, embrace your strengths, and experience greater joy, connection, and authenticity in your life.

What you can expect from me

In the introductory session you will have an opportunity to be heard while sharing more in depth the struggles that bring you to therapy. Together we can identify where attention needs to be directed in order for you to move confidently towards the goals you choose. You will also have the opportunity to inquire more personally about my approach and the ways that we can collaborate to create the space you need for your healing journey.
