Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

Professional Background

I bring years of clinical experience in counseling, working with clients across diverse backgrounds and life situations. My practice is grounded in compassion, respect, and evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. I have had the privilege of supporting clients struggling with:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Relationship Distress and Couples Counseling
  • Grief and Loss
  • Life Transitions and Stress Management
  • Personal Growth and Resilience Building

Education & Training

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling from Troy University.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentialed in Georgia and Alabama.
  • Ongoing professional development in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Systems Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style integrates evidence-based practices with a client-centered approach. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Strategies to help clients identify patterns, gain new insights, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. I work collaboratively, meaning therapy is not something I do to clients but with them—we walk the journey together.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
