Darryl Griffin

My name is Darryl L. Griffin, and I am very happy to meet you. I have been a mental health professional for many years, graduating from Florida State University with an MSW, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I have many years of experience working with several demographics, including children, adolescents, adults and Veterans. I use evidence-based theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and talk therapy. My approach to therapy is client-centered. No subject is too big or small, as we go on a journey of client driven discovery.

Our sessions are only as good as the relationship we establish. The first session will be about building a relationship of trust and environment that is conducive to supporting clients' needs.
