Great to meet you!

I became a therapist after working through my own healing journey. As a survivor of trauma and someone in recovery from depression, anxiety, and substance use, I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. The tools I now use in therapy are ones I’ve personally relied on—I don’t just teach them, I’ve lived them.

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 7 years, and my approach is grounded in compassion, presence, and a deep understanding of how trauma and identity can shape our emotional world. I’m trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and problem-solving therapy, and I’m currently a Gestalt therapy trainee. This allows me to tailor sessions to meet you where you are, blending structure and exploration in a way that supports your unique needs.

I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for all individuals. Whether you're navigating identity, healing from trauma, or just trying to manage day-to-day anxiety or depression, our work together will be collaborative, respectful, and grounded in authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, presence, and deep respect for each individual’s unique experience. I believe that healing begins within a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship—one built on equality, understanding, and mutual growth.

I use a blended, integrative approach that draws on a variety of evidence-based modalities, including mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, EMDR and problem-solving therapy. I tailor each session to your specific needs and goals, supporting both emotional processing and practical change.

What you can expect from me

At your first appointment you can expect a warm supportive, and non-judgmental environment based on a trauma-informed approach. We will take time to understand what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin building a trusting relationship. My goal is that you leave the session with hope on your healing journey.

I am here not as an authority, but as a compassionate partner on your path toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal evolution.
