Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping humans deepen their understanding of themselves and how their life experiences have impacted them, as well as finding the right tools for decreasing suffering or distress and increasing quality of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work primarily from a Holistic model, looking at the mind, body, and spirit when it aligns with the individual. In addition, I utilize a wide range of modalities such as psychotherapy, IFS, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Expressive Therapy, Spirituality, and always with a person-centered approach (meaning each individual requires their own healing recipe and timeline).

What you can expect from our first session

The biggest feedback I’ve received from clients is that understanding themselves and how their life experiences have impacted them has been life changing alone. And connecting with their body, healing the stuck traumas (all of us have some), as well as learning how to maintain a healthy nervous system has brought peace, a sense of control and hope back into their life.
