Great to meet you!

I'm a board certified psychiatrist. I received my medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University and trained in psychiatry at the BIDMC Harvard Psychiatry Residency Training Program. I also completed a one-year fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.

I practice general adult psychiatry and specialize in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry, young adult mental health, and LGBT+ mental health.

My approach to therapy

The issues I help with include but are not limited to depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety and OCD, ADHD, adjustment to life transitions, relationship issues, and clarifying one's values and goals.

I have a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental approach and rely on latest clinical evidence to create, in collaboration with you, a comprehensive and unique treatment plan that fits your life circumstances, values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Treatment plans may include medication(s), psychotherapy, evidence-based lifestyle change and complementary medicine recommendations, and referrals for TMS or ketamine treatment, if appropriate.

I offer medication management appointments for people who already have established therapists or a combination of medication and CBT or psychodynamic psychotherapy for those looking for both.
