Great to meet you!
Hello, I am Dr. Daryl Farrow; a Clinical Psychologist. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and neuropsychology. I also obtained graduate degrees from Norfolk State University, a fellowship diploma in Clinical Psychology from Princeton University, and I hold certifications in neuroscience from Harvard University. With training in a variety of therapeutic approaches—including REBT, ACT, and Psychodynamic therapy—I pride myself in bringing a flexible and culturally sensitive style to my work. My clinical interests include race-related trauma, anxiety and depression in African American men, college student mental health, athlete wellness, and complex psychological evaluations. I am passionate about the connection between mental health, culture, and spirituality. I have a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Many of my clients have expressed their appreciation for my thoughtful presence, wide-ranging expertise, and genuine dedication to their growth and well-being. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy teaching and supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.
