A bit about my approach to therapy

As a holistic and integrated behaviorist, Daryl Handlin empowers others to unhook from and accept difficult thoughts, experiences and health conditions and pivot towards meaningful change. Therapy approaches are pliable and tailored to the individual, informed by evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Mr. Handlin’s vast life experiences influence his practice, “My creative interests and diverse professional and personal life journeys help me guide others with their unique circumstances towards living their best lives.” Mr. Handlin and his wife, who works in public education, have two adult daughters. He enjoys music, visual arts, festivals, outdoor activities, travel and his two cats.
