Great to meet you!

We are humans. We all face difficulties and challenges navigating life. Sometimes we are able to manage these on our own or with the support of family and friends. However, at other times, we need an unbiased professional for support. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, relationship issues or other life stressors, psychotherapy can help provide insight and coping strategies to address your concerns and symptoms.

My approach to therapy

As a clinical psychologist I have 20 years of experience working in diverse settings including mental health hospitals, outpatient clinics, corrections, hospice, and integrated mental health at an aviation military installation. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with individuals with mental health concerns from all walks of life.

What you can expect from me

If you are struggling, looking for personal growth, or feeling lost, therapy is a great place to start. If you are looking for a psychologist to accept you where you are for who you are, we may be a match. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
