Great to meet you!

Growing up in Texas and after years working in law enforcement, I’ve seen firsthand how stress, trauma, and life’s challenges affect people in real, raw ways. That background taught me patience, resiliency, and respect for each person’s story. I bring that grounded, real-world perspective to therapy. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more.

My approach to therapy

To me, therapy is a partnership. We’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, body, and even spiritual side are all connected — because each part influences the other. I lean into curiosity, compassion, and creativity, and I honor what makes you unique. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all roadmap. Instead, I walk with you as we figure out what works best for you.

You don’t need to have all the answers when we start. My job is to hold space, ask the questions, and help you gather insight and tools you can use beyond sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other. You’ll have space to share where you’re at, what feels heavy, and what you hope to change. We’ll begin exploring strengths you already have, and identify small steps forward you feel comfortable with.

Over time, clients leave feeling more grounded in themselves, stronger in managing life’s ups and downs, and more clear about who they are and where they want to go. Many say they leave sessions with renewed hope and practical strategies they can use in everyday life.

If you’re looking for someone who’s real, supportive, and ready to walk with you through your journey — I’d be honored to be that person.
