Great to meet you!

I see each of my clients as far more complex and resilient than a diagnosis can define. I believe that a person experiencing disorienting life events can benefit from a therapist knowledgeable about the intense and chronic nature of their symptoms. I have many years of experience providing therapy targeted at relieving emotional overwhelm and preventing mental and physical exhaustion.

My approach to therapy

I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My therapy is trauma-informed, with expertise treating PTSD, sexual assault survivors, and others impacted by traumatization. I address grief, sadness, anger and anxiety that result from life-changing situations. I use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Somatic Psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

I hold a non-judgmental, comfortable space for my clients to clarify, process, and address their experiences. My desire is to facilitate from a humanistic perspective, witnessing my clients with deep respect. I live and advocate for giving the soul time and space to speak.
