Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Daryl Kaye Wilson she/her. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With a Master of Science and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, I've had extensive experience in emergency and psychiatric nursing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my significant other. Going to the gym, biking, traveling, and spending time with two Goldendoodles, a cat, and an adult son.

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in the assessment and treatment of clients across the lifespan with Bipolar I and II disorders, borderline personality disorder, adjustment disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, and ADHD. I provide individualized, evidence-based care focused on medication management, recovery, and improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and individualized. I partner with each client to understand their goals, concerns, strengths, and treatment preferences while providing evidence-based care for a range of mental health conditions. Treatment is tailored to help clients achieve improved functioning, return to baseline, reach remission, or, when clinically appropriate, safely reduce or discontinue medications through careful deprescribing. My goal is to create a supportive therapeutic relationship that promotes stability, autonomy, recovery, and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first intake visit, you can expect a comprehensive, client-centered evaluation. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, goals, personal and treatment history, family and social background, medical conditions, medications, and any potential comorbidities. My approach incorporates holistic nursing principles and evidence-based standard care to understand the whole person—not just the diagnosis.

Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your needs and preferences. When clinically appropriate, treatment may include prescription medication, education, supportive interventions, and ongoing monitoring. The goal is to help you improve functioning, return to baseline, achieve remission, and work toward long-term stability and wellness.
