Great to meet you!

Starting mental health care can feel like a big step, and I want my patients to know they don’t have to navigate it alone. I became a psychiatric prescriber because I wanted to create a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. For me, good care begins with listening—not simply treating a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, ADHD, insomnia and sleep difficulties, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, grief and bereavement, adjustment disorders, and stress-related conditions. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management, when appropriate, while taking the time to understand the person behind the symptoms.

What you can expect from me

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe treatment should be something we work on together, with your goals, experiences, and preferences at the center. During our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, your mental health history, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change. We’ll explore your options and begin creating a plan that feels thoughtful and realistic. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be glad to meet you.
