Great to meet you!

I've been working in the human services field for over 20 years, supporting women and men of all ages — from teenagers to seniors. Over that time, I've developed a range of techniques and methods to help and support the individuals I work with. I create a comfortable, supportive, and warm environment where you can feel at ease expressing your concerns or feelings. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and several other areas of mental health, and I like to start sessions with a friendly, warm conversation that begins with a simple check-in.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a safe environment for everyone who comes into my office or joins me online. I use talk therapy, play therapy, and exposure therapy to engage and motivate clients throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll walk you through what to expect from our sessions together, answer any questions you have, and we'll set up a schedule for future sessions so you have a consistent routine to rely on. You're always welcome to ask questions — I want you to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process.
