Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals living with chronic illness and complex medical conditions. Living with a chronic illness often brings emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, identity changes, medical trauma, and caregiver stress.

I offer individual therapy and psychoeducation services using trauma-informed and integrative approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance-based strategies, family system theory, and chronic-illness–affirming care. I work collaboratively with medical providers to ensure mental health treatment aligns with medical care plans and patient goals.
