Great to meet you!

We provide session for individuals that are ready to make a change in their life. We have experience working with adults and with children. Our main focus with my clients is to explore traumas that may be lingering from the past and need to be processed. We focus on self-esteem, self-worth, boundaries, and gaining tools we may not have been provided at a young age.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The approach we use in sessions is an Integrated Approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Psychodynamic Therapy. We believe one needs a structure in order to measure the improvement you are doing but have a strong belief that factors and the environment around us play a strong role in our lives and in what may be affecting us at the moment.

What you can expect from our first session

During the first session you can expect to be heard, we provide open ended questions that will bring up just enough information that you are comfortable sharing with, in order to have an idea of where we need to go. It is a very open session, and we try to make each individual feel comfortable and accepted. We all go through different issues, and we want you to walk away feeling reassured that you will be starting your journey to heal together and with the support that you require.
