Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in a space where your full story is welcomed and respected. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, depression, and life transitions through a supportive, culturally aware, and collaborative approach.

Many of the clients I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools that support healthier daily functioning and long-term healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and tailored to your lived experiences and individual needs.

Together, we’ll work on understanding emotional patterns, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, managing anxiety and mood symptoms, and building healthier ways to navigate relationships, stress, and everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll explore your goals, identify areas where you’d like support, and create a path forward that feels realistic, compassionate, and aligned with your needs.
