Great to meet you!

I provide a supportive and compassionate environment where clients can openly explore their challenges and begin working toward meaningful change. Many people begin counseling feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. Some clients are coping with panic, overthinking, low motivation, emotional distress, or past experiences that continue to affect daily life. My goal is to help you better understand what is holding you back and build practical tools for healing, resilience, and long-term growth.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s needs. CBT helps identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and stress, while REBT helps challenge irrational beliefs that fuel emotional distress. My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. Together, we work to improve emotional regulation, coping skills, self-awareness, and relationship functioning while addressing concerns such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions in a way that supports meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you feel stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges, I am here to help you navigate a path forward. In the first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, whether that includes trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, or major life changes. We’ll begin identifying your goals and exploring the patterns or experiences contributing to your distress. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin building a plan to help you move toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and fulfillment.
