I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who came to this field after a 37-year career in business, bringing a grounded, real-life perspective to my work. I focus on helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, honest, and direct—I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgment. A key part of my work is helping clients become more flexible in their thinking and resilient in the face of life’s challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches like ACT, EFT, MBSR, Narrative Therapy, and CBT.
