Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist with a master's in clinical psychology from Columbia University and a PhD in counseling psychology from Fordham University.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and flexible approach to therapy, tailoring my support to my client's individual needs and goals. I provide a nonjudgmental space to reflect on your life and challenges - a space to deepen your understanding of how you tend to think, feel, act, react, and relate to yourself and others - and in turn, to cultivate a more intentional, wise, and fulfilling way of living and responding to life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

To be curious, empathetic, and open with you. I strive to establish a partnership of collaboration and trust. In our first session, I'll get to know you, your background, what brings you to therapy, and your goals.
