Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 16 years of nursing experience and a passion for compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. Growing up in a country where mental health was stigmatized and access to care was limited shaped my commitment to advocacy and culturally sensitive treatment.

As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I bring a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach to my work. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I provide collaborative, patient-centered psychiatric care grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based practice. My approach emphasizes careful medication management, open communication, and shared decision-making in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I aim to help clients feel informed, empowered, and supported as they work toward stability and improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss concerns and goals, and collaboratively develop an initial treatment plan. Clients typically leave feeling informed, supported, and clear about next steps.
