Great to meet you!

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, who is of Jamaican descent, and I continue to destigmatize seeking mental health care in our communities. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, from clients with ADHD to PTSD to those with dual diagnoses via psychosocial rehabilitation groups, and I utilize trauma-informed care and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

My approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy to explore thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors to assist in the reduction of dysfunctionalities.
