I work with adults who are ready to move past their childhood stuff. I enjoy watching my clients move past the limits that they have set or had imposed on them.

I use EMDR to help my clients release suffering and learn new beliefs.

What you can expect from our first session

I am focused on identifying how trauma holds my clients back. We then work to release the suffering caused by that trauma. We finish by identifying the new beliefs that my clients want to hold before working to see how those are true in their lives.
