Great to meet you!

I regard psychotherapy as a profound and transformative process, one that I consider among the most meaningful forms of human connection and growth. It is both an honor and a privilege to accompany individuals as they engage in the deeply personal work of healing and self-discovery.

My clinical focus includes supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment grounded in acceptance, unconditional positive regard, compassion, and empathy, where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard.

I believe that each person’s story holds inherent value and meaning. I approach this work with genuine curiosity and care, and I look forward to the opportunity to understand your experiences and support you on your path toward healing and grow

My approach to therapy

I describe my therapeutic approach as “Yes, and”, a philosophy grounded in both validation and action. I believe deeply in the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

At the same time, I gently challenge my clients to move toward growth, accountability, and meaningful change across various areas of their lives. This balance allows us to honor your experiences while also working collaboratively toward the person you aspire to become.

My work is informed by evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), which I tailor to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a therapeutic environment where safety and rapport-building are prioritized. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space grounded in respect, autonomy, and a commitment to your well-being.

During this initial meeting, we will begin getting to know one another, and I will invite you to share at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I also welcome and encourage any questions you may have about the counseling process, as I believe clarity and transparency are essential to building a strong therapeutic foundation.
