Great to meet you!

Building a strong therapeutic relationship starts with knowing what you need and being honest about it. I work with people across the full lifespan, from children to older adults, and I treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, and PTSD as well as mood disorders and ADHD. My goal is to understand what is driving your symptoms and build a clear, workable plan together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in honesty and thoroughness. I ask direct questions, listen carefully, and look at the full picture of what is going on in your life, not just the presenting symptoms. Whether you are 10 or 70, I bring the same curiosity and openness to every session.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I will ask about your history, what is going on now, and what you are hoping to change. By the end, you will have a clear sense of a diagnosis and a treatment plan, and you will know exactly what the next steps look like. I want you to leave that first appointment feeling heard and ready to move forward.
